The court found that the complainant's testimony showed no offense and the FIR deserved to be quashed. The complainant, a woman, had filed multiple FIRs against different persons, allegedly blackmailing them for money. The incident took place at around 5:45 am at Ashok Park work site in Punjabi Bagh, when the labourer was hit by the beam which was being lifted by the crane.
